Rebekah Cunningham

Rebekah graduated from the University of Victoria with her BSc in Kinesiology. She has worked in physiotherapy offices assisting with exercise prescription as well as teaching group fitness classes. She is dedicated to furthering her education and training to best serve her community. Rebekah is passionate about tailoring exercise to help individuals find what works best for them. She has a keen interest in movement patterns and how one limb can affect something seemingly unrelated. Rebekah grew up on the Saanich Peninsula and spent many years as a competitive dancer. When not working, Rebekah enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in her garden or by the water.
