Mobina Thomas

Mobina is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience across acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient, and assisted-living settings. She has extensive experience working with adults and seniors with a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Mobina takes a client-centred approach to care, working closely with each client to develop practical, individualized rehabilitation goals that support mobility, independence, and quality of life. She has a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, seniors’ care, and falls prevention. She is passionate about helping clients remain safe, active, and independent in their own homes. Outside of work, Mobina enjoys spending time with her family.
